Join us Downtown for a free outdoor fitness class from Sweatlab! This week features a Bodyweight Strength class ~ Strength training using your own body as resistance. Expect functional movements that improve stability, balance & core strength — no equipment required, but if you prefer to have a mat feel free to bring one with!

First 10 attendees will receive a welcome bag from downtown businesses!
